About Geddes Lake
Community
Geddes Lake is a diverse community with a mix of decades-long residents and first-time homeowners.
On-site, full-time staff provide responsive, local management (something many other HOAs outsource). We have an elected board and several committees, all run by residents who volunteer to keep things running fairly and efficiently.
Regular events – from huge yard sales to regular board game nights – help maintain an active, connected atmosphere. Our monthly newsletters and easy-to-join committees make it easy to stay informed and participate if you want to.
